The terms and conditions related to cruising and fishing are in accordance with UAE Federal Law. Please be guided by this important information when you book your yacht charter in Dubai with us.
» All guests are required to carry their original passport or UAE residence permit during the trip. For UAE residents, an Emirates ID will be sufficient for identification.
» The entire fleet of Al Wasl boats and yachts, its captain and crew, and the guests onboard are fully covered by insurance.
» Cruising and fishing tours include the selected boat or yacht, a captain, at least one crew member, fuel for the trip, water, soft drinks, tea, coffee, ice, heavy duty fishing tackle, and snorkeling gear.
» The exact number of passengers on board must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure. Al Wasl vessel capacity is fixed as dictated by Dubai Government regulations and cannot be exceeded.
» The Captain has direct control over navigation of the yacht, its crew, and the passengers. The Captain has warranted authority over the safe use of all equipment and machinery, and has the right to prohibit activities that compromise passenger safety.
» Guests are advised to understand and fully come to terms with the potential risks and hazards involved offshore. Children are the sole responsibility of their attending parents or guardians.
» Flat non‐marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heels are not advisable to be worn onboard. For safety purposes, guests may also be requested to go barefoot on the yacht.
» Al Wasl Yachts reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to any reason whatsoever. It may also decline any guest from undertaking an excursion or to be offered a charter in future for any reason deemed acceptable by the company. In case of weather inconveniences, mechanical failure or coastguard restrictions, the charter will be rescheduled. You can also opt for a refund.
» Cancellation of reservations at the eleventh hour or no show will not be refunded at all.
» At least 50% of the full invoice payable to Al Wasl is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% must be paid before departure.
» No liability is accepted by Al Wasl Yachts for any personal injury or effects during any recreational activity during the yacht charter including swimming, fishing, or any other water sports.
» No anti‐social behavior will be tolerated and, if encountered, will be reported to the authorities, effective immediately. Any form of violence will result in the early termination of the charter without a right to refund.
» No liability or responsibility is accepted by Al Wasl Yachts for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness, or death.
» The following must be observed under UAE Law:
○ Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on the charter registration.
○ All guests under 21 years old must be supervised by a mature adult.
○ All fishing excursions must be conducted under UAE regulations.
○ Alcohol consumption is permitted subjected to UAE regulations.
○ No animal or pets can be brought onboard.
○ Captain and crew members will accompany as required for charters under UAE law.
